"I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness the astonishing light of your own being". ~ Hafiz of Persia

Welcome and thank you for visiting!

Life can be messy sometimes and we all need the courage to be imperfect. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing individual, family, group and in home services. My passion lies in working with children, teens, young adults, and families and have doing so for 13 years. My specialities are working with those who identify as gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered or questioning and their families. I meet the client where they are at and bring creativity to my treatment. My belief is that healing comes from providing a safe, nonjudgmental space, in which a healthy and trusting relationship is made. I am certified in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. I am trained in working with survivors of trauma including domestic violence. I use a wide range of treatment modalities including, Mindfulness, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Emotional Freedom Technique. I believe in working outside the box and bring creativity to my practice. I use nature, music, art, and more to support my clients strengths and uniqueness to promote healthy healing.

I provide a free 15 minute consultation in person or over the phone. My current rates are $95 for a 55 minute session and $110 for families. I may be able provide a sliding scale to those in need. I am also a provider with The Second Wind Fund, providing free services (to those in financial need) for youth at risk for suicide.
